Transform your brows with our professional PhiBrows microblading service. Below, we’ve outlined each step of the process, so you’ll know exactly what to expect. 

Your journey begins with a consultation to ensure microblading is right for you:

• First, you’ll fill out a consultation form.
• I will contact you within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp to arrange a phone consultation. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals for the treatment, assess if you’re a suitable candidate for microblading, and answer any questions you may have.
• If we move forward, we’ll book your appointment, and a 20% deposit will be required to secure your booking.
• I will send you a patch test kit to complete at home, which must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment.

To ensure the treatment is safe for you, I will send you a patch test kit that includes:

• 2 plasters: One containing numbing cream and the other with pigment.
• Apply one plaster to each inside of your arm and leave them on for 24 hours.
• If you experience any reaction, such as redness, itching, or irritation, please contact me immediately.

On the day of your appointment, here’s what to expect:

1. We’ll begin by discussing your desired brow shape and mapping out your eyebrows to ensure symmetry and the best shape for your face.
2. A numbing cream will be applied to minimize discomfort during the procedure.
3. Using a fine blade and high-quality pigment, I’ll create precise, hair-like strokes to mimic the appearance of natural eyebrow hairs.
4. The procedure takes around 2-3 hours, including preparation and aftercare instructions.

Proper aftercare is essential to achieve the best results. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

• Avoid getting your brows wet for the first 10 days (this includes excessive sweating, swimming, and saunas).
•  Avoid exposing your brows to direct sunlight for 14 days to prevent fading or irritation. 
• Apply the provided aftercare balm as directed to keep the area moisturised.
• Avoid makeup, harsh skincare products, and touching the treated area during the healing process.
• Expect some flaking or scabbing—this is normal. Do not pick or scratch your brows.
•  Full aftercare instructions will be provided to you after your treatment to ensure the best results. 

A top-up appointment is included and scheduled 4-6 weeks after your initial treatment. During this session:

• We’ll refine the shape and colour of your brows.
• Any areas where pigment may have faded or needs more density will be touched up.
• Please note that the top-up is for minor adjustments and not major changes to the brow shape.

Enhance your natural lashes with our lash lift and tint service, designed to give your lashes a beautiful curl and definition without the need for extensions or mascara. Here's what to expect:

Before your appointment:

• You’ll fill out a consultation form to ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.
• I will review your form and get in touch via WhatsApp or email if there are any aspects of the form that may contraindicate the treatment. 

To ensure the treatment is safe for you, a patch test must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment:

• I will send out a home patch test kit, which includes 2 plasters:
  • One plaster contains tint.
  • The other plaster contains lifting lotion and adhesive.
• Place one plaster on the inside of each arm and leave them on for 24 hours.
• If you experience any redness, irritation, or other reactions, please let me know immediately.

This patch test is required to ensure there is no allergic reaction to the products used during the treatment.

Here’s what happens during the lash lift and tint treatment:

Preparation:

• You’ll lie back and relax while your lashes are thoroughly cleaned to remove any oils, makeup, or residue.

Lash Lift:

• A silicone shield is placed on your eyelid to gently lift your natural lashes.
• Your lashes are carefully adhered to the shield to create the desired curl.
• A lifting solution is applied to the lashes to soften and reshape them, followed by a setting solution to lock in the curl.

Tint Application:

• A custom lash tint is applied to darken and define your lashes, enhancing their natural beauty and making them appear longer and fuller.

Finishing Touches:

• The silicone shield is carefully removed, and your lashes are gently cleaned to reveal your new lifted, tinted look.

To maintain your beautiful results and ensure your lashes stay healthy:

• Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after treatment.
• Refrain from using mascara, eye makeup, or oily products around your eyes for at least 24-48 hours.
• Avoid excessive rubbing or touching your lashes.
• Avoid steam rooms, saunas, or swimming for the first 24 hours.
• Do not use eyelash curlers, as your lashes are already lifted.

If you would like the treatment again, you must wait at least 12 weeks before booking another lash lift to prevent over-processing, which can damage your lashes. However you can still get your lashes tinted before the 12 week mark.

After the treatment, your lashes will appear beautifully curled and darker, giving you a more defined and wide-eyed look. Results typically last 6-8 weeks, depending on your lash growth cycle and aftercare.

To maintain your results:

• Avoid getting your brows wet for 24 hours after the treatment.
• Refrain from using makeup or harsh skincare products on the brow area for at least 24-48 hours.
• Avoid excessive rubbing or touching your brows.
• Protect your brows from prolonged sun exposure, as this can cause the tint to fade faster.

Results typically last 3-4 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare.

Waxing:

•  Using high-quality wax, we shape your brows to create a clean and defined look, tailored to your facial features. 

Threading:

•  Threading is used to refine the shape and remove any fine, fluffy hairs around the brow for a crisp, clean finish. 

Tweezing & Trimming

•  Precision tweezing and trimming are carried out to perfect the shape and ensure symmetry. 

Finishing Touches

• Any redness is soothed with a calming aftercare product, and brows can be styled using HD Brows makeup products to enhance the final look if desired.

• Avoid getting the brows wet for at least 24 hours after your treatment. This includes avoiding steam, saunas, swimming, and heavy workouts that cause sweating.
   
• Do not touch, rub, or scratch the brow area to prevent irritation or disrupting the shape.
   
• Avoid makeup and skincare products on the brow area for 24 hours, especially those containing active ingredients like AHAs, BHAs, or retinol.
   
• No fake tan or tinting around the brows for at least 24–48 hours.
   
• Apply soothing gel or aloe vera if there’s any redness or sensitivity.
   
• Avoid sunbeds, direct sunlight, and tanning for 24–48 hours, as this can fade the tint and irritate the skin.
   
• Use HD Brows-approved brow products like brow pencils or gels to maintain shape and definition between appointments.
